Things I built, and what they changed.

Each project names my role, what shipped, and what is still unproven. A project earns a card here when it has shipped and there is something true to say about what it changed.

Spherely · Founder and builder · 2026 · Early beta

Relationship reminders for the people who matter.

I built Spherely because my own follow-up was the constraint. It is what happens when a sales leader applies pipeline discipline to his own relationships: up to three reminders a day, drawn from activity already on your Mac (Messages, calls, Contacts, WhatsApp, calendar) and the follow-ups you record. Replies you owe, people quiet past the rhythm you chose, promises you made. You choose who matters and how to reach out. Spherely never messages anyone but you, and your message history is never uploaded.

I set the product calls and the privacy boundary. AI coding agents did most of the implementation under my review.

Up to 3
reminders a morning
15+
relationships I brought up to date
2
referrals that came out of it
$20
a month once set up

Founder note: the 15+ and 2 are my own result in the first weeks, one person's experience with his own phone. Not a customer result, not a promise.

Where it stands: early beta, invitation-based, Mac-first. Founder self-test runs Oct 29 to Nov 11, 2026. The first supervised pilot has not started.

Spherely · this morning
  1. 1. Sam: texted you Tuesday, still unanswered. A good time to reply.
  2. 2. Priya: quiet for 7 weeks, past the 6 you chose. Call, don't text.
  3. 3. Marcus: you said you'd send the intro last week. Make it today.

Reply 1 done, 2 later or 3 not useful.

Illustrative. Names invented. Format matches the real morning reminder.
Founder Interview Engine · Designer and operator, at MechanArch · Oct 2026 to now · Spec stage, one pilot run

Talk for an hour. Get a quarter of content in your own words.

One recorded hour with a founder becomes a quarter of content in the founder's own words: 40 captioned clips in vertical and feed formats, four narrative edits, four launch cuts, a chaptered full episode, eight quote cards, three carousels, a post for every piece, a messaging spine (belief, audience, three pillars, proof, invitation), a 12-week calendar, and a referral kit that says which clip to send after which sales conversation. The founder approves, edits, holds or kills every clip in a private review room before anything is published, and publishes on their own schedule. Nothing is posted on their behalf.

Clipping is cheap. The product is the judgment: which five moments are the position, which clip answers which objection, and a follow-up session a month later that turns what landed into lines the founder repeats. The interview itself is moving to a voice-only AI interviewer so runs can happen in parallel; the follow-up stays human, because that is where the energy on camera comes from. The pipeline is Whisper for the transcript, ffmpeg for the cuts, re-runnable scripts I direct, and my own edit on every clip list and claim.

60 min
of founder time, recorded once
40
captioned clips in two formats
48
pieces with post copy, by channel
1 business day
from recording to review room

Founder note: the numbers are from one pilot run on Oct 27, 2026, done as a favor for a partner founder who consented on camera to the recording and to AI processing. Nothing from it has been posted yet, so there is no engagement data. One run, not a customer result, not a promise.

Where it stands: product spec written Oct 29, 2026. One pilot run on Oct 27, nothing from it posted yet. The AI interviewer gets tested on me in November against a human interviewer on the same questions. Not for sale until two logged runs set the price.

MechanArch · Founder · 2024 to now · Running daily since Sep 2026

A go-to-market team made of AI agents, with me on every send.

A one-person firm cannot staff sales, marketing, finance and delivery, so I built a team of agents to carry the operating rhythm and kept myself on the decisions. Each agent owns one number. Drafts wait for one approval window a day. Anything a customer reads, and anything involving money, needs my sign-off one item at a time.

The first version was busy and unproductive. An audit showed 38 of 72 open tasks had no owner. After the reset, the team proposed owners and dates for 42 tasks within a few hours. AI multiplies whatever operating discipline is already there, including the lack of it.

Proof: the numbers are from my own operating system and were published on LinkedIn on Oct 6, 2026. How this becomes client work is on mechanarch.ai.

This page grows one project at a time. Nothing is listed before it ships, and no result is quoted without saying whose it is.

One conversation. No deck. Thirty minutes.

You tell me where deals are dying. I tell you whether I can help and what it would cost. If I can't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
